We have been kept in the loop, received regular updates, tech support right away, and they facilitated the removal of our old equipment and its return to the previous company. They placed our new equipment exactly where we wanted it. For roughly the same lease amount we not only received the printer/scanner/copier with all the bells and whistles but we received a back up desktop printer. We are very grateful and all are learning all that we can now do with printing in house.

Over all the years there was only one instance where I remember that a machine was down for more than a day and that was because new parts had to be shipped overnight and were delayed due to a storm.
