Managed print services (MPS) is a program that takes over the day-to-day management of your printers, copiers, and MFPs under a single plan. Elite Imaging Systems monitors your devices, automatically ships toner before you run out, handles maintenance and repairs, and tracks usage across your fleet. The goal is to reduce wasted prints, cut administrative work, and keep every device running so your team can stop managing printers and focus on their jobs.
What is included in Elite’s managed print services?
Elite’s managed print services typically include automatic toner and supply replenishment, proactive maintenance and service, remote device monitoring, automated meter reads, and consolidated billing for your whole fleet. We also assess your print environment to right-size the number and placement of devices. Coverage is tailored to each business across Genesee, Lapeer, St. Clair, Livingston, Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw, Wayne, and Monroe counties, so a small office and a multi-site operation each get a plan that fits.
Which printer and copier brands does Elite support?
As an authorized dealer of Xerox, Kyocera, and Canon since 1994, Elite Imaging Systems supports those brands directly and can also monitor and service most major manufacturers already on your network. That means a mixed fleet can be managed together under one agreement, and you can keep existing equipment while adding new Elite devices over time.
How does managed print services pricing work?
Managed print services is usually structured as a predictable recurring plan rather than unpredictable one-off supply and repair bills. Because every fleet is different, Elite bases your plan on a short assessment of your devices, print volumes, and service needs. Will managed print services work with our existing printers?
Yes. You do not have to replace your current equipment to start.
