Our commitment to quality and service resulted in an average response time of 3.72 hours in 2019. Our response time is closely monitored by our owner and it has always been a priority to maintain and improve our service processes. We also use third party communication software that keeps our customers in the loop between the time the call is placed and then completed. Elite will go the extra mile helping our customer beyond just machine repair. We will at no charge, assist in solving scanning and basic print issues. Our goal is to increase value and go beyond our customer’s expectations.
